This policy explains how we handle deliveries and returns to give you confidence when shopping with us.
1. Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase.
2. Shipping Options
• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (availability varies by country)
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over $200 within Australia.
4. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@furlique.com.au.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
6. Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products unless they are faulty.
